The Royal Air Force Chinook Role Demonstration Team will be appearing at three events over the course of the display season. The demonstration will highlight the battlefield support roles undertaken by the Chinook Force and will feature underslung loads, internally loaded vehicles being delivered to the ‘battlefield’ and trooping with the team demonstrating the full capability of the aircraft. The team will be supported by the Joint Helicopter Support Squadron (JHSS) who are responsible for the rigging of underslung loads, management of landing sites and passengers, they are essential to the delivery the Chinook capabilities. At Farnborough, the team will also support the RAF Falcon parachute Display Team on 25th-26th July

  • 22nd-26th July – Farnborough International Airshow, Hampshire
