The German Air Force (Luftwaffe) Typhoon Solo Display is one of the more rarely seen acts on the european airshow circuit. However in recent years, the unit responsible for providing the display pilot and crew has been making efforts to the aircraft to be seen more and more outside of Germany.

While at the moment it is impossible to confirm whether they are static or flying appearances, JG71 ‘Bavarian Tigers’ have published a short list of events they intend to be present at with more in the offing.

  • 30th-31st August – Bucharest International Air Show, Aurel Vlaicu Int’l Airport, Bucharest-Baneasa, Romania
  • 6th-7th September – AIRPOWER’24, Zeltweg, Austria
  • 21st-22nd September – NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days, Ostrava Leoš Janáček Airport, Czech Republic
