Folkestone and Hythe District Council have approved a funding package which will see the Folkstone Air Display return on Sunday 21st August. The event made a welcome return to the calendar in 2021 with a short display featuring the Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the Red Arrows.
A spokesperson for Folkestone and Hythe District Council said: “Funding towards what will be another fantastic Folkestone air display forms part of the 2022/23 budget – an exciting programme of investment into the district. The air display is scheduled for Sunday, August 21 and event planning is well underway. More information about the line-up and other activities on the day will be announced in the coming months.”
