L’Escadron de chasse 2/5 “Ile de France” will field a two-ship tactical display by a pair of Dassault Mirage 2000Cs for the 2021 Display Season – The ‘Gusto Tactical Demonstration’.The two pilots from the squadron that will fly the routine are yet to be named but ‘Gusto 1’ (Flight Safety Officer) has 2300 Flight Hours and ‘Gusto 2’ (Tactical Expert) has 1500 Flying Hours.
The display will last 12 minutes and is schedule to be seen at three French events later in the season which are:
September
- 11th-12th – Air Legend, Aerodrome Melun-Villaroche, France
October
- 3rd – Meeting Aérien, Gap-Tallard, France
- 14th – 80th anniversary of “Ile de France”, BA115 Orange, France
