Today (8th March), the Civil Aviation Authority has issued the 15th edition of CAP403. “CAP403 – Flying Displays and Special Events: Safety and Administrative Requirements and Guidance” sets out the safety and administrative procedures to be followed by the organisers and participants of civil flying displays and special events in the UK.
