We’re delighted to announce that IWM Duxford has been nominated as Britain’s best heritage attractionin the Countryfile Magazine Awards 2012.
The shortlist of nominees was compiled by BBC One Countryfile presenter Jules Hudson, who said, “Duxford’s historic airfield and its collections dedicated to aircraft, land warfare and conservation are without doubt my favourite.”
Winners in each of the twelve award categories are decided by you, the great British public, so if you’re a fan of IWM Duxford please do take the time to cast your vote. We’d be thrilled to be chosen as Britain’s best heritage attraction.
