Airbourne 2005
Airbourne has grown from a small RAF Town show into what must be now considered a large international airshow. Ever increasing participation from the Royal Air Force has been supported by some European military for many years.
2005 saw the Royal Air Force out in force with many of its own display teams participating over the four days. Adding to the military flavour of the show were the Belgian Air Force with the F-16AM Fighting Falcon and Fouga Magister solo displays. But the icing on the cake for the event was participation from a Rockwell B-1B Lancer from the United States Air Force.
