Airbourne, Eastbourne’s International Airshow celebrating its 25th Anniversary in 2017. During those 25 years, the four-day festival has grown in to one of the UK’s very best airshows bringing in thousands to the East Sussex resort. While the English Channel provides the backdrop for the flying, the town of Eastbourne is surrounded by the beautiful rolling Downland around Beachy Head which makes for a very unique display venue. AIRSHOW NEWS: Sanicole prepares for special 40th International Airshow

The only annual international airshow in Belgium celebrates its 40th birthday this year. The Sanicole Airshow takes place on 8 and 10 September at Aeroclub Sanicole in Hechtel-Eksel, near the Dutch and German borders in the East of Belgium. The organisation uses this anniversary to treat the 40,000 visitors to more spectacle, fun and “wow” moments than ever before. REVIEW: Shuttleworth Collection Edwardian Pageant

The Edwardian Pageant returned to the Shuttleworth Collection’s busy calendar of events in 2017 with a very strong line-up of home-based and visiting aircraft. It proved to be a very well attended event too with the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, providing an exciting finale to the event with an early evening display over the Bedfordshire countryside. AIRSHOW NEWS: Four more aircraft unveiled for Clacton Airshow

Four more exciting aircraft have been unveiled for this year’s Clacton Airshow -making it one of the best ever line-ups. The MiG-15 and the Strikemaster will be appearing on both days of the event on August 24 and 25 while the P-51Mustang is taking part on the first day and the Hawker Hurricane on the Friday.
